how can you look for summoners. is there a database where you can search for all the summoners in the game?

lolking.net usually works but few accounts are showing up. Including mine, but my acc works.

Hey guys, I will look into this issue. Can you please post the summoner name you are having troubles with so I can narrow down the accounts please?
