THIS is much better! I cared less about the severs being down and more about the information blackout of what the hell was going on. Thank you guys for taking the time to write what is going go (besides we are experiencing issues stay tuned for updates that say in different ways that we are experiencing issues, which is all that seems to have been available over the last 3 days) and keep an active dialogue with the player base.

Man i waited for 4 hours to login and then in the last second, it told me to try again and now i need to w8 for another 2 hours.... Is that a problem or sumthing??

Hey everyone,

Just a quick update on the missing rune pages--this is in progress, taking a bit longer than hoped, but the bulk of the restores are still expected to be completed tonight. There is one period of data that will take an additional bit of time to restore. The guys are committed to getting this content restored.

In regards to the queue time, the truth is it'll be an extended time until we through peak tonight. I know that's not going to make anyone happy, but want to be clear on the situation. We'll be reviewing the data and hope to be in a better position on this tomorrow--I'd love to get a chance to get a game in tomorrow myself.

Please be patient with us as we provide updates, we're all trying to focus on resolving the issue but will give you updates as we have data to share.

Oh my ****ing god, I did the mistake of closing my game after waiting a 2:45 queue ... and now, it's at 1:40 ...
That's just ... wow.

i have no idea what a game corporation does on a daily basis. while i enjoy riot's service (gave me considerable compensation for an RP mishap, provides a great free to play game, with nifty but not mandatory pay to play options) nobody loves an epic server down time. that being said, i appreciate the effort they put into their work, and hope the issue is resolved sooner or later. from the sounds of it, it isn't a "riot has **** servers" problem, but more of a "this patch, for some reason or another (again, idk how anything works) blew up our decent servers, and we have to go in and fix things, and we have a login queue (for about 4-87 hours) because we can only handle a few people playing at once"

another point: i've been playing for about a year now (vayne was first new champ) and i don't recall a server blackout that lasted multiple days. i hear that they are getting better in general with having less frequent server smashing sessions so I assume that the issue will become increasingly rare as the game matures, i can only hope.

Spent two hours waiting, got an error saying "it dun messed up" now i'm back in queue for another hour and a half. Waiting sucks buuuut,

I get to catch up on some DFO, got a witch that needs leveling.

It really sucks that I've come back from a week and a half away from my computer and two or three days running I've tried to play a quick game before bed and been denied. I am very happy to hear you're working to fix the issues. I just want to say good luck, we're all counting on you.

well idk if riot do it but why do you guys have a test server so tht you test the patch b4 releasing them cuze the patch with the new ai had a huge bug last time as you know so maybe you should consider this a solution so tht no more server down time over 7 hr follow ty 4 everything continue doing your best
