Well, as we all know, riot is going to launch LoL in here [brazil] and we (as players) had some expectations about how good or bad all the localization work would be; and its great.
Im no one [ no pro-gamer, not even own any website about gaming or whatever ] but i think i can say that i do talk for the most of your br players: thanks for taking so much care with this work. ive been listening to the champs voices for about 30 minutes already and most of em are just great; great voice actors and such a great way how they managed to catch and use so many inside jokes and yet keep the champions with the right feeling. so, again, thanks for this!

i'm glad to hear that you enjoy the voices! I am German myself and started playing the game with the German client, and I know that having good translated VO set for the game is not always easy to get.

So hearing this feedback is really great for us! I will forward the kind words to our team.

did they use Portuguese voice actors too like they play with accents in the original versions, or only brazilian ones?

brazilian voice actors, most are well know in here for lots of anime/cartoon voice or even Tom Cruise's voice [ Ricardo Schnetzer] for Vladmir (like its a remind of Cruise's Lestat work)

so, how did you find the voice overs? I did a quick search and didnt find anything on google or youtube. Also, does anyone know the window riot is targeting to release the br server?

I know it still is WIP, but guys, can you send us a nudge to our br officers about some voices in particular?
1- Lee Sin, oh, please, fix that thing, it sounds like they took and elder, done some horrible stuff to his throat and made him speak...

2- Our Cho seems to lack the voice effects to make him sound dark, evil and shouting from a electric fan, just tweek that for he's sounding like a generic old man. :V

Ok, not from Brazil here but I need to know, are we gonna be allow to set the VO to English? I bet that South America as a whole is gonna be sent to this server do to proximity and language and what not, but if I'm not allowed to play in English I have no interest in switching, I rather play with my 150 ping than have to go trough the SC2 experience of being alienated to the voice actors I'm used to hear again.

I'd like to congratulate Riot for trying their best for the voices! Some of them are really awesome!
The only problem I would see on them, are that some voices lack:
-> Accent for some characters
-> Translations sometimes break a character's line.
-> Voices not fitting characters.
Other than that, the job is AWESOME.
The Vayne dub, and the Riven dub are pretty much my favorites.
