If you came back and finished and won, I doubt this is the game you got suspended for. Unfortunantly though they don;t forgive computer crashes for dc issues. Exspecially one were you already knew there was an issue. But at the top of the screen it says support, you can go there and submit a support ticket and talk to them that way. And appeal it.
