Well that may have been the past. But fact of the matter now is PBE is a thing. You can try new champs, items, and skins there.

make the underplayed champs i.e. karma/eve free more often playing for an entier year, karma free 3 times any1 see anything wrong with that? that was like... my... 10 cents on this subject!

please dont put ashe on champion rotation anymore, everyone knows what she is like. try putting people like kennen or lee sin on more.

Cassiopeia should be on this week's champ rotation. I really wanna try her before having to get 6300 IP or 975 RP.

I think you should have Ezreal,Kennen, and Jayce and please dont have Ashe in a recent rotation because shes pretty cheap in IP and everyone has basicaly played her even people starting because of the of the turtorial. A lot of people want to try out Jayce but its very intimidating because of how much IP. That is why i would like to see these champs in the rotation and start putting more expensive champs in rotation so people dont feel intimidated on buying them.
