Some people might make the argument that the plants are stationary, well Heim's turrets and Shaco's boxes are also stationary.
ALSO Turrets should attack minions first, then plants. Not vice versa.

Sorry, it's not going to happen. Heimer's turrets probably shouldn't but we've nerfed their interaction with towers down to the point where it's not a huge deal, but if we did it from scratch, they woudlnt do it.
The basic issue is that pushing power like that is extremely strong, but players undervalue it, which creates a play balance problem for us (and thus, for you too).
Yeah players value it, but they value it as a '5' and most abilities they like as a '5' have a power of '5', this ability has a power of like 10 or 15. It's very possible to end up with a character that is powerful but not that fun with this sort of stuff -- because we end up nerfing the fun stuff if we don't nerf the powerful but not as fun stuff.
The upside for a Zyra player is that this means she can be stronger in other ways than would otherwise be possible. So, implicitly, you are getting higher DPS, or lower cooldowns, or whatever as we balance the character.
Because people have asked, going through your examples:
Tibbers -- It's an ult. You pay a huge opportunity cost to focus tibbers around this, and it's fairly infrequent.
Shaco Boxes -- Not that effective. Probably shouldn't, but we never bothered because of how infrequent it is.
Shaco Clone -- Backdoor evasion is part of Shaco's thing honestly.
Malz Voidlings -- This is pretty minor. Most of the power here is on the tankiness of the minions, and it's hard to direct them at a tower. So, you get way less effectiveness here than plants which you can stack up multiple times at once at the right time.
Morde's Soul - Ult
Yorick's gouls -- Not very effective at it either, similar argument to voidlings.
Heimer's Turrets -- We shouldn't have done this. I agree there's some inconsistency, but it's to Zyras advantage to not have this since we can buff something else (And, essentially have).
