Xin Zhao spotlight won't be made, at least for a while. Also, don't make too many assumptions about Spotlights -> patch dates. Well thanks for the Red insight on this Phreak. The lack of communication about this patch has been really annoying.

I have hope for tomorrow or after tomorrow...if not then Friday? >.<

one thing that's always bugged me about the xin zhao spotlight is how you put emphasis on killing dragon over helping your team but you don't even get the kill on dragon
