Edit: Also nobody seems to understand how the Ulti refresh works. You have to put Moonlight on the target for the CD to refresh on the Ulti, and only Q applies Moonlight. Also, it says that casting her Ulti on a Moonlight target uses up all Moonlight effects, so you can only get one refresh per use of Q. The most you could hope to get is to Q -> wait for Q to come back up -> R -> Q -> R -> R if you wanted to use R the most close together, but that would put the CD on R, and that's assuming Moonlight has a duration longer than Qs CD.
