So I'm fascinated by the new Tribunal Report Card system. It's great for players that always ask "Why'dja ban me!" and get answers. I haven't received one or anything, but it's worth noting that they're totally public.

That was the first Report Card ever given out, and I found this by just lowering the number until there was an error, and going up one. It really wasn't that hard, and I could see every tribunal case along the way if I wanted.
That's not to say it's a bad thing or anything, but would you want to have your tribunal case recorded and public for everyone to see? I can understand if the link was for a one-off, or maybe the links weren't so.. chronological, but as you can see, you can just increase the number on the right and browse every tribunal case since the system was implemented.
Was this intended? How does this affect player privacy? Is it intended as a punishment for offending players to have their offenses completely public even after the Tribunal, names and all? EDIT: It seems names were removed; my mistake.
If a Rioter could give me a response on this it'd be great. I'm not complaining, but in the interest of privacy I'm surprised that you went this route.
Also it's midnight and I'm tired. I apologize if I make less than sense right now.
