Game 1 - Maybe a little controversial, most of the match wasn't bad, but the end........
Game 2 - No idea why that's in there. Unless it happened in pre- or post- game chat, then I can't seem to find what the comment is referencing.
Game 3 - 2 minutes and 30 seconds of going off on your team...that's not controversial at all, it's reportable, and something I would punish for.
Game 4 - Called Gangplank retarded around 19 minutes, and in the end called your whole team "tards". Again, not controversial in the slightest.

If this doesn't amount in a permaban for you (you did say 4 bans already), I would make the following recommendations.

1) Don't say anything, unless it's positive.
2) Don't respond to people being jerks, in-kind. That's what the mute button is for.

If you truly can't hold back at someone being an ass, then you probably won't be able to stop, and will end up with a permaban. It's not just you and one other person throwing insults back and forth, there are another 3 people on the team who have to put up with it. On top of having to read it(if they don't mute), it does absolutely nothing to help the team.
To be upfront, if it happened in a game I was in, I'd report both of you.

You got banned for that? Those reports are a joke, that ban is a joke, and the summoner's code is a joke. Time ban is fine though but keep that up and Riot will permaban you for it because it's a bunch of sissies sitting behind a computer throwing permabans out just because someone called someone 'bad", "******" etc numerous times which is completely uncalled for. If it was something racist or ranting that continues the entire game and the accused starts making personal attacks on the victim/s then I would say permaban this person. Tribunal is just a horrible way to straighten out the community. It is IMPOSSIBLE to determine who's doing what in the game just by looking at the chat log.

no, its pretty obvious what was going on

he was being negative in the game chat, and that's all that really matters here. If you want to spew hate out at everyone you play with, go right ahead, but not on my League of Legends.

This would probably be a case i'd skip or pardon. Overall, he didn't seem to really be that bad. He needs to learn to watch his language and express his dissatisfaction in a more positive way but I don't think he made the game bad for the other players.

If it was just game 1 and 2? Pardon. 3 and 4 make it a Punish in my opinion. I sure as Hell don't want to be stuck in a match with you based off of those 2 games.

I suggest finding a VoIP with some friends that don't mind the raging, and keep it to that. Problem solved, you get to rage and your team doesn't have to feel like **** by the end of the match.

Hell, in my ranked games **** that's 10 times this happens and no one gets banned lol.

Game one and 2 you just had a bit of a negative attitude, maybe work on that?

But games 3 and 4 are what sunk you. We have all raged, but that does not make it okay. I would not want to have to put up with the abuse
