I verymuch like this skin over Cassiopiea's current selection of skins.

I feel like it would be fine with the normal particles for her Q, just changed color, and I can imageine her W sparking for effect. Maybe for her R somethign similar to Battlecast Cho'gaths silence? A large hockwave would look cool.

If that is an eel skin, then I approve. Need more ocean themed champs to add to the Nauty-Fizz splish-splash combo!
