Let us use feet. The feet of champions from every skin, except Bruce Lee Sin because Nome. But only one foot per avatar, that way we can (at least) double the amount of possible avatars.

If I might make a suggestion?


If we end up getting Icons, I suggest that the entire post of a Riot Employee change it's color to a faded red. One of the ways you know if a riot post is on the page is by seeing their Icon, rather than seeing the red text of their name. If you've seen the Guild Wars 2 forums, they have their community managers posts appear differently. Idk, just a thought

It wouldn't be a perfect or long term solution, but it does seem like it would be better than everyone having question marks.

Is it more about having an avatar that is unique to you or just having something that isn't the question mark?

this is a bad idea. it would encourage people to make worthless posts just to get bumped up to senior member so people would take them seriously.
