So here's my idea;
Dodge Ball Draven would be like Ben Stiller's White Goodman. His Q could have the dodgeballs spinning on his fingertips, and his E and R would be quickly spinning as they travel and make the weird sounds that rubber balls make on impact. And if he catches the spinning blade/ball he could say "You're out," or "I'm on a roll."
