New tribunal lay out is awesome, except for the fact that there's no summoner name displayed for the accused. While I do like the idea of anonymity, just add it in for when the report is inappropriate name? It's a rare report, I know, but when I get it all I have to go on is the comments by players which makes it a much harder case to vote on.

I think this was actually purposely removed. There are many reasons why this could have been removed. I personally believe that the reports, although still counting towards reports to bring them to the tribunal, they are left blank to preserve anonymity. If this is a case, Inappropriate name reports likely go into a pool, where a group of Riot staff themselves look over the names, and deem appropriate or not, which likely effects their case with a large push towards Punish if it isn't appropriate.

This has no basis, other than the fact that I used to see it showing up, and it just randomly stopped...

Inappropriate Names still show up right beneath the report category. We've noted that many people miss it though and may change it when we have some extra time here and there.

There is also a bug possibly with it. I've had about 5 cases so far with inappropriate name as the reason and in one of those cases it didn't show the name but it did in all the others. This could possibly be as intended though? As the one case that didn't show the name even with the inappropriate name reason used it was only on the one report while the rest of the incident and the other incidents did not have that reason reported, so maybe the system realized that was a false report. The other 4 cases where name was shown had multiple reports about the name. I didn't save the case number so I can't give it for riot to refer back to unfortunately....even without it I still punished because the language in all the games were more than enough reason to hit punish.

I have noticed this once as well, where an Inappropriate Name report did not include the name of the summoner. I wish I recorded the number, but it's rare and I was able to judge based without it so I didn't.
