R:Once Pantheon hits 6 his jetpack increases in size and his spear looks a bit more advanced every time he gets his ultimate up. Anyway it would look like he would start charging up his jetpack and it would shoot him into the air. The ring would look like a technological sphere instead and when he was about to land you would hear a computer say "Target Aquired." And when he landed it would look like a crater was in the place where it was. (TomahawkGuy reminded me of this on page 4.)

Sounds really close to Ezreal's. What about Archangel Pantheon. At lvl 6 he could grow wings. There would still be enough creative room to make him worthy of being in the same tier as PF Ezreal.
