I would love this I don't have a team of local players but I would at least like come and watch by snacks and etc. and meet other area league players

I got most of the details down the only thing We cant come to a conclusion on is how we are going to have internet access strong enough to handle 16 teams... with out lag.

You have to contact an internet company about hosting the tournament.
