In short, I list a troll build, next person explains how it could be useful then they list their own.

You already know you're doing to deal tons of damage with that ult and stuff, so all you need to worry about is mana regen.

Because...they'll hurt themselves attacking you, and you'll hurt them attacking them.

Vayne deals percentage true damage, which means she can fight tanks better than many other AD carries. In order to do this better, she should also be able to stay close to the fight by building tanky.
