Champions:
Morgana Le:
- Empathize:
- Changed the name to Soul Siphon
- Infinite Duress:
- Removed an errant blank buff that this ability caused
- Can now proc item based effects (such as Frozen Heart, Wit's End, etc)
- Hungering Strike
- Reduced cooldown from 14 to 12
- Can now hit Minions and Monsters (but cannot proc the 15% of their max hp damage)
- Insanity Potion:
- Reduced +Stats from 30/60/90 to 30/55/80
- Poison Trail:
- Increased Ability Power Ratio from .2 to .3
- Highlander:
- Modified Attack Speed Bonus from 25/50/75 to 30/50/70
- Reduced Movement Speed from 35% to 30%
- Alpha Strike:
- Increased cooldown from 16 to 18
- Bloodlust:
- Reduced duration from 12 to 10
- Reduced Crit per stack from 5 to 4
- Reduced attack speed per stack from 8 to 7
- Terrify:
- Reduced cast range from 600 to 525
- Drain:
- Fixed an edge case bug that allowed it to continue after dying
- Reduced damage from 40/70/100/130/160 to 30/55/80/105/130 (still penetrates immunity) (This is a temporary fix, we intend to remove the immunity penetration and increase the damage soon)
- Paranoia:
- Modified Miss chance from 5/10/15% to 10%
- Chronoshift:
- Reduced duration from 45 to 15
- Recall:
- Reduced cooldown from 60/50/40/30/20 to 40/35/30/25/20 (Note: since recall affects itself these numbers are more like 50/40/30/20/10 to 30/25/20/15/10)
- Hate Spike:
- Reduced cooldown from .8 to .7
- Reduced Mana Cost from 7/14/21/28/35 to 6/12/18/24/30
- Reduced range from 400 to 340 (to make it easier to hit your target)
- No longer resets your attack animation
- Ravage:
- Made it reduce Magic Resist in addition to Armor when it hits from behind
- Increased Armor/Magic Resist reduction from -10/15/20/25/30 to -10/16/22/28/34
- Shadow Walk:
- Reduced time to stealth from 1.5 to 1.25
- General:
- Moved skills around
- Destiny:
- Increased cooldown from 120/90/60 to 120/100/80
- Wild Cards:
- Increased ability power ratio from .5 to .8
- Rocket Jump:
- Sped up cast time to make it more responsive and easier to hit with
- Blinding Dart:
- Modified miss chance duration from 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 to 1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5
- Toxic Shot:
- Now has a 0.7 ability power ratio!!!
- Spray and Pray:
- Increased projectile speed from 1400 to 1600
- Death's Caress:
- Deaths Caress had a 2.0 Ability Power ratio, reduced it to 1.0
Items:
- NEW ITEM: Fiendish Codex: Low / Mid Tier - Ability Power / Mana Regen item with a 10% cooldown reduction
- NEW ITEM: Frozen Heart: High Tier - Armor / Mana item with 25% cooldown reduction and a 25% Attack Speed Reduction Aura
- NEW ITEM: Mercury Treads: Mid Tier - Movement / Magic Resist which reduces all slowing effects by 30% (Slow, Stun, Fear, Snare, Taunt, etc)
- Vision Ward:
- No longer triggers effects like Sheen and Lich Bane
- Spirit Visage:
- Reduced Recipe cost from 700 to 550
- Reduced Health Regeneration from 2% to 1.5%
- Mejai's Soulstealer: Fixed all bugs associate with this item
Summoners:
- Summoner Boost:
- Gave it the correct buff icon / tooltip
- Can now be cast while disabled
- Summoner Promote:
- Fixed a particle bug with it's cleave
- Reduced HP per level from 250 to 150 (from 850-5100 total to 750-3300 total)
- Added a 33% damage reduction from turrets
HUD
- Fixed issue with scoreboard size being wrong often, especially when you changed resolutions
- Fixed issue with players minions not giving them full credit for kills in the announcements.
- Converted the hud update cooldown function into a generic one, and use it for avatar spells as well, should solve several avatar spell cooldown issues.
- Fixed issue with cooldown HUD not updating if you are out of mana.
General:
- Changed Champion Names:
- Singe → Singed
- Sivir the Battle Maiden → Sivir the Battle Mistress
- Morgana Le → Morgana Hex
- Updated Tooltips: Unbreakable Will, Eternal Thirst
- Reduced starting Health on champions by approximately 10%
- Increased Health gain per level to compensate by level 12
- Increased level 1 Non Caster attack damage by 20%
- Reduced damage growth per level to make max level total attack damage to be approximately 10% less (accounting for the lvl 1 damage increase)
- Updated various champions initial attack speed timers
- Increased Armor per level for casters and ranged dps to make them slightly less squishy
- Increased damage minions do to champions from 60% to 70%
- Channeling spells will not break as easily as before
- Fixed issue with chasing and repeatedly clicking on the enemy interrupting your attack
- Fixed issue with channeling spells being interrupted by autoattack
- Fixed issue with insta-cast summoner spells interrupting your order when moving-to cast.
