- M5 rape ALL NA teams
- CLG.EU (sadly) rape ALL NA teams
- SK/Fnatic regulary destroy most NA teams
- NA teams NEVER have results in any tourneys when there is EU/Asian teams and the decks aren't stacked HEAVYLY in their favor (like giving outsider teams 200+ ms due to having everyone play on NA tourney server, or having 3/4 NA teams for 8 slots... while making pretty sure at least a group allows 1/2 NA teams to advance)... EVEN like that NA teams gets destroyed EVERY time there is a foreign team in the mix, without being handicaped as Hell (see Azubu Blaze recently).

Yeah, NA is SOOOO competitive.

PS : Remind me how much NA teams are still running for the finals when they were MADE to be able to compete ? And remind how many Korean teams got out of groups when they both should have bypassed that stage and NA teams should have been all in (and not get out) ?

Yeah right.

Now remind me how many EU teams still compete (yes even the retarded boring one :/).

PS : the day you want to take into account "number of countries and/or number of people playing" think again, the day it happens NA have 1 out of 40 spots in any tourneys.....
(just EUNE have more participating teams AND more players than NA right now, knowing NA lose players every few months with Korean server launch, then BR server launch, soon SA server launch and so on... soon NA shard will be the smaller shard of LoL, behind both Garena ones ).

Actually they do have a lot of weak points and there were looking very shakey vs IG. They will lose to TPA if they continue to play like this .

On the other hand if M5 gets "in the zone" they are indeed unstoppable force

CLG.EU lost TSM and the CLG.NA. These were the only times they really played against NA teams and they didn't perform well.
A small note: People hate CLG.EU. Actually the team with the lowest fan support.

SK and Fnatic never destroyed any NA team after S1. Both are great teams, but not better than NA teams.

NA has no real record in the S1 and now also S2 championship.
But in other international tourneys they always make it to the finals (losing only to M5, or sometimes - over 6 months ago - to SK or Fnatic).
Over the last time, EU actually lost pretty hard to NA teams except for M5.

I am from EU and i follow the scene. There is no way that another team except for M5 is actually in the state to beat NA teams in 95% of their games.
CLG.EU is a good team, but has no record of winning against NA teams (except for beating Dig once now).



EU has only 2 teams cause the CLG.EU vs WE is not done. And WE is the weakest of the 4 teams you could face.
CLG.EU is only pretty lucky. If they would have won against SK and come in second (into group A) they would have been out already (then we would have 4 Asian teams out of the group stage).
Send CLG.EU against any of the 3 other teams (TSM, M5, TPA) and they would be out already.

You don't follow the pro scene much do you?

CLG are 1/1 with M5 at major tourny

In Korea CLG won the first 2 games of a best of 5 making Frost look like a pug group, then went and threw 3 games in row. And i do mean THREW.

And if WE can lose to Legion and Curse.na they have no hope against CLG.eu

I wonder if they were shaky just because they were shaky (and picked Xin and Eve -- never seen before) or that was their strategy to be shaky in quarter-finals to not show what they are capable of? Sort of keeping their trump cards secret and pretending to look weak to their potential opponents?

The asian LoL scene has always been praised on its early game, and thats why M5 started off the matches shaky.

M5 pulled themselves out of early game twice and took over the match from there.

I think you are underestimating CLG.eu...
Just recently they came in second place at OGN the champions, only losing to Azubu Frost 2:3 in the Grand Finals.

No M5 played worse than they can. If you want example of much better early game by m5 check out their winning series vs CLG.EU at ECC poland.

M5 needs to step it up, TPA is scary team and they need give all the can to advance

m5 has one of one of the best teamfight coordination but teamfights alone can only carry so far
