I believe they have to pay $200,000 in their fine, as it is 20% of their winnings in the tournament.

the red post said the fine is only 20% of their CURRENT winnings. which means now, not if/when they win. sadly.

they don't, they pay a flat 30k because that is perceived to be 20% of the money they gained by winning that round

You also have to count in the fact that Riot fked up hard in the actual set up. It's more or less half and half AZF and Riot's fault.
