Yeah as far as I recall the website that you enter the code you saw on the stream only unlocks the summoner icon.

If you attended the event you should find a skin code that will grant you the skin and the icon. This will be printed on a small card thats loose in the bag next to the box.

Yes, thanks I derped and have edited my original post!

You'll get the icon, but still send in the ticket to player support.

If you have your ticket to the event still and can get a screen grab of it this would be the best way to prove you were at the event. You should attach it to your message to player support.

Summoners where asked to surrender their tickets to get the box. But even a snapshot of the statues maybe infront of your screen where we can confirm your summoner name would do nicely.

That said, its not clear yet of how we can respond to people that have lost their skin code, but we will reply to you in a couple of days.

Wha?!?!? I walked out going to the right side, and the ladies "handing" out the bags didnt ask for my ticket... They seemed very on edge and rushed everyone.
