Anything bot lane.
Last hitting under turret.

I'm bad at playing passively. Although I play defensively, it's difficult for me to play passively (there's a difference).

I'm pretty bad at AD, because I can't last hit consistently to save my life.

I'm very, very bad at getting last hits. Sometimes, I'll end the game with only 60-70 cs, or around 50 by 30 minutes.

I'm bad at every jungler that isn't Lee Sin or Trundle (maybe Shaco).

Just a little tip, in case it can be of use to you:
Melee minions, let the tower hit them twice and then you hit them.
Caster minions, hit them once, let the tower hit them, then pick up the last hit. Or once you can hit for a bit more, just let the tower hit them once and then you can pick it up.

I'm just bad at team fights in general and always fail at who I'm targeting, its hard to see the mouse cursor in team fights with so much going on. Any tips?

I'm bad at the meta. I'm to use to just playing straight up tank and trying to get my fair share of kills. I hate thinking too much for League, because the meta feels like an RTS to me, along the lines of Warcraft 3 or Command and Conquer. I started playing it because I thought it was like Diablo, the meta doesn't feel like Diablo, I'm just bad at remembering to buy wards or holding myself back from last hitting as a support.
