I hope this fixes all the imbalances for TT. It always favoured bruisers super heavily.

Also still want new map for SR.

Harrowing, spider queen, new skins, new icons and guards, shadow isles (maybe) and now this? Sorry Riot but my heart can't tolerate so much content in such a small period. This is way too epic.
