lol spent 35 bucks on RP last week, almost tier 4 already (counting from oct 1 remember), and with the holloween skins, easy another 35 bucks upon release, i love having TONS OF MONEY, anyways, if you dont like that you have to spend money (which isnt JUST on the icon, it can be for anything at all, skins, characters, bundles, rune pages etc, and get the icon as AN ADDED BONUS) then simply dont get it, gawd your not spending RP on the damn icon, the icon is essentially FREE with any combination of drink and and burger meal!

This may be a decent idea (I like a change from my little vial of poison) but come on. . Just make the icons either for sale for BUYING A CHAMPION of that tier with RP, or just sell the icons. Don't do this.
