Since this latest patch Viktor has stopped laughing as he uses his E and now its just silent with a small burning sound. It feels really empty and kinda takes some of the fun away from playing him, so please fix asap

Make the sound better, too, because currently without the laugh it sounds like he's pissing.
I swear it used to sound more like a laser burning through the ground than it does now.
