I think the skins that tie into the actual lore of the game are the best kind.

King Tryndamere and Queen Ashe are awesome examples of this.

You will definitely be seeing more story related skins as we go forward. Ionia Master Yi and Pre-Void Kassadin are another couple of skins that have their roots in story events.

I don't know, I think Annie in Wonderland and Grungy Nunu are pretty amazing, you won't be able to top them very easily. (Also, do Gentleman Cho and Corporate Mundo have some lore background I don't know about?)
