Well, Lich Bane probably won't get nerfed, like, ever. simply because the game needs to progress for quite a while before it becomes effective.

The biggest problems for stagnation are champions that have poor gameplay or need reworks. Once they're in the "healthy character" bucket (which Eve is now!) we can be faster. Twitch is on this list too, though there's a lot of theories about sleeper comps (much like Kog destroys with the right setup).

Would you rather have one person abuse it or have it become the new meta for months and be left with nerfs that affect orme then just the champion that was being played. The nerf affects more than just Eve. and @ Shaco Elise isn't bad, you have to build her AP Bruiser, not AP Mid. She does do damage, especially if she's chasing someone down. And in Teamfights? You've got that nice poke, you can use E to snare someone after the initiation, or save it to use when you're being targeted then pop back up behind them and switch the focus of the team. She can do a lot of things to screw up an enemy team's positioning, just because she doesn't come in with a horde of 20 spiders and nukes the entire field doesn't mean she doesn't do any damage.

In that case, Karma is OP because you can lane her with Twitch, have him stealth near enemies, then wtfshieldexplode on him to deal massive damage to the enemy.

I think any champion can be strong if you build a team around them, but I also think their individual strengths need to be looked at sometimes.

I wish people would stop messing with Eve already. How many of my melee assassins must go to oblivion for doing what they are suppose to do. People don't ***** about a tank actually tanking. This is a game that is meant to be balanced, so assassins are supposed to 100% destroy everything now?

I guess she was "supposed" to destroy teams out of invisibility amiright.

Actually, people complain about shen/malphite/amumu/alistar, theres such a thing of doing a job TOO well.

Morello are you okay with ap carries being able to buy into damage items like dfg and lichbane? There really isn't an equivalent to these items for ad champions because these items basically add 2 more ap ratio nukes to a champion's kit. Buying into these items isn't the same as buying into penetration or a deathcap. As they are now, they both add a lot of burst and sustained damage to champions that tend to be pretty bursty already. I just have concerns about these items because they're what allow many ap carries to actually carry late game instead of becoming a one trick nuke bot or utility bucket.

These items are a major factor in what kept Evelynn feeling fun for me throughout the game because I knew that I could at least build items to let her do her job from early-mid game onward.

I'm sure you'll revert the nerf on DFG too because that complete CDR take away on the item was ridiculous.
