You're right, I don't know. This point I'll concede with ease. But not knowing contributes to me pushing this idea. If I knew (which I'm not asking to know) I wouldn't be requesting that the community be able to contribute to League of Legend's lore with more than financially supporting the creative team and designing skins.

The quote from KarrieBear is sort of being used as a disclaimer that even though I support and would still appreciate this being implemented, I now realize that it will probably never be in our (the player's) hands.

I'm talking about random people who thought they were good enough to compete applying to the League and being denied. No specifics (like Blind Monk) were in mind.

So, am I not wanted to make a judgement?

If you mean you'll be hired by Riot to write a judgment for Malphite then yes. If you mean your fellow summoners would like to read your version of Malphite's judgment then no.
