I'd move caitlyn up the bot tier list.

-against gap closers, its often ok to take the first hit (like a jax jump) then just E away and trade damage back. A clever trap can give you a couple more hits too

-With her range, Lightbringer is a fantastic item. If you're defending your bot point against a push and see them running down to get the health relic. Shoot them once as they run past, then continue to shoot over the wall with vision.

-Her Q is great for pushing and harass

-I run Revive so if I die and they rush my point, I can revive and ult right away to stop the capture.

Can you review the Teemo placement? He is super annoying, makes ranged carries cry, and gets first banned in DD finals.

just ran a tanky khazix build. blade, defensive boots, shroud, kindlegem, last whisper. holy jeezuz.

Eve still not placed in bottom tier list

Mallet Kog'Maw is more or less the way he's always been ran on EUW. Very annoying as a dedicated bruiser player. He still explodes when you catch him alone >.<

Eh, mallet works if you don't have enough babysit, kog's still used as a hypercarry Disc, and eve's still a strong AP nuke, DFG nerf or not.

I think Akali would be able to make it to tier 2 if it wasn't for the fact that all it takes is an oracle elixer to counter her >.<.
