If those can't be ninja techniques I don't want to live with you Naru-tards anymore......
Those abilities are much more in line with Naruto type ninja moves. Particularly the dash and the protecting teleport. The original group ninjas of lore are based on were oppressed peasants in Feudal Japan. They were fighting against samurai, who had far superior armor and weapons. The goal was to avoid attention until the opponent was dead or there was no other choice. There is no way that they would dash into a group of enemies and encourage the enemy to attack them.
Even Hollywood/pre-Naruto ninjas were assassins, not tanks. They ran through enemies in order to cut them to pieces/slit their throats/make them unable to fight. They didn't run in to be attacked. Those types of ninja also worked either alone or as a group of individuals. It was either you being sent in alone to take out a target or a group to take out a target when resistance was expected, and anybody who died was on their own.
Naruto is one of the biggest sources of flashy ninja moves. You have giant blasts of different elemental abilities, ninjas who yell out moves even when the enemy would not be able to see them in the first place, an "assassination" move the sounds like 1,000 chirping birds, moves that expand people's bodies to the size of houses, summoning giant animals, and all sorts of other techniques that are designed to entertain boys ages like 6-15. And that is not a bad or good thing, because the artist is making it entertaining to the shonen ("Kanji word literally meaning few years and generally referring to a typical boy, from elementary school through grade school age...Shonen manga is a popular demographic of Japanese comics, the most popular genre of which is battle manga which is generally about action/fighting but often contains a sense of humor and strong growing friendship-bonds between the characters" - Babylon
) demographic, which is what the magazine it is serialized in (Shonen Jump) targets.
In terms of how naruo-esque the current ninjas are, I would go with Kennen, then Shen, then Akali, then possibly Zed, depending on how he actually plays. If Kennen is in a team fight, you know it, when Shen ults in, you notice unless he is ulting a stealth champion unless that changed, Akali can be in there, but you are not going to be focusing her once shroud is used, and then she dashes onto a target, and they won't realize it until they are dead.
