Any mage + Morde passive. (I'd like Vlad, Ryze, or Leblanc with this one the best.)

Cho'Gath with Vlad's passive. Feast stacks give bonus health which gives him more AP which increases the damage of Feast.

Spam locked-on missles faster than most champs can auto-attack, always have a shield up, do monster deeps and never die.
