i had recently bought nocturne and about a month later, i got his ravager skin.
... going into lobby to select nocturne, i find out hes gone. i look after the match to find out he IS LOCKED and UNAVAILABLE.
but heres the catch,
it says i still own the ravager skin... how is this even possible?
i was just wondering if this is a reoccurring bug or an issue that can be fixed..

Same problem is happening to me but I STILL have my champion, just the skin is missing. Just wait while Riot investigates as they told me this. - Hope everything turns out well for you!

I recommend sending in a ticket to our player support, they should be able to help you resolve this.
