Anyone that paid attention in 4th grade History would know that we were formed as a Republic, not a Democracy...

This isn't a republic, the USA is formed as the amalgamation of an autocracy, an aristocracy, and a bicameral legislature comprising an elected Senate, under which is a federal system wherein a number of sovereign states surrender parts of their sovereignty to the federal government.

Why do you think close to 70% of corporations pay no taxes? The government.

rofl, 70% of corporations pay no taxes?

you are very misinformed. Almost every corporation pays taxes. it's called a franchise tax, and being that the majority of corporations are incorporated in Delaware, which has a franchise tax, you are very wrong

The franchise tax has existed in Delaware for over 50 years.

More than 50% of all publicly traded companies are incorporated in Delaware.
