Personal opinion:

Some kind of scaling on Q would be nice.

Maybe a touch shorter cooldown somewhere as well (not necessarily on Q as it's already plenty short)

I think scaling on Q

AD scaling instead of HP on W (there's just too many issues with health scaling damage)

AD scaling on E and a passive bonus on Volibear's Ult of some sorts (similar to Olaf's armor pen, but maybe magic pen for his E and ult)
