Due to your Refund system "Outage" I was unaware that IP Purchases would NOT be eligible for this refund system, I purchase a 2k IP Rune, that i was under the impression I could refund, when the system become operational again.

The fact I can not! refund runes, is Ridiculous, you give a limit to 3 refunds regardless.

Again I only found out your refund feature was offline 'After' the fact of purchasing it, and Now when i attempted to refund the rune and purchase Another, it says "Not Refundable" Could i have some insight as to why you wont Refund, Rune purchases.

And if avaliable this issue can be rectified as this is quite annoying, I would rather not have my 2k (10-15 games) wasted.

Sorry, but in your case I do not think it is possible to refund runes.

If you look the original announcement regarding refund feature, we clearly stated that
"You can only refund skins and champions, not runes, boosts, or bundles"

Kiddington, when could something be done about Bundles? It's clearly not the same as the other things, and more of a hurdle.

I sent a support ticket to refund a bundle, and I have no issues with that. Just thinking of the poor support crew
