It isn't...the first three weeks of resets are always fluctuating...and most of it depends on luck. After a month or so when everything settles down everyone will return to their normal elo.

you make it sound like too and hotshot had high elos? they were barely diamond in solo queue and the highest players are 1900 right now so i dont see how 1700 is bad. it's just that it's compressed right now so you have a higher chance of matching with noobs

No, elo hell deniers have long told us, if you're good you can solo carry out of any elo.

So the reset or not, it shouldn't matter.

are you serious lol...of course the reset matters. there's a reason why almost every high elo player was able to carry low elo...now the elo is fluctuating so you're matched up with very high elo players. before the reset everyone in their respective elo was at the same elo so there was no problem carrying.
