Except it doesn't give any AD and it's really just attack speed that does nothing to help you early game.

Not Vayne, Silver Bolts don't proc (per Riot). But Teemo worries me. Varus... we'll see about Varus. Not sure if I just never see him or if his passive really doesn't hurt all that much, but I don't recall being afraid of his passive, it's his massive pokerange that typically gives me grief.
