Got my RP, the XP boost, and the 20 champions. Alistar skin never showed up tho. Anyone else with the same problem?

It depends which CE you bought. The Alistar skin is only available for players who digitally pre-ordered the game before Oct 26.

I got it from the store. It said I get an exclusive skin, which champion haven't I used yet that has it then?
