It means a transaction was declined or was suspicious, etc. Nothing serious, just talk to support to set things right.
Basically they thought your account might have been hacked based on unusual financial stuff and they closed it to be safe.

If you've been banned until 2222 it's due to a financial disagreement, not behavior problem. You'll need to contact player support to resolve the issue.
