I posted in GD and didn't realise there was a forum for this, anyway - I am from Australia, can I participate in the online quals? I assumed because we all play on the NA server it would be fine but I wanted to double check. Cheers

1.3.3 Work Eligibility & Residency
All players must submit proof that they are either a resident of the region in which they are attempting to qualify (i.e., NA or EU) and/or eligible to work in that region.

That line means that residency in a North American country is required for participation in the qualifier. Unfortunately, that means that Australian teams won't be able to enter the NA qualifiers.

We're working on including all of our players in the respective pro circuits in the future, so keep practicing!

Could I ask if this tournament rules are for the top 32 ranked team ladder that gets invited?
And would be nice if you got the link for the rules, thanks.
