Myself I prefer supports that can force positioning; like Janna or Leona. They can change how a team fight begins or plays out just by being there and using their abilities properly, never mind what damage they do.

meta is shifting away from conventional supports to zoning/CC/burst tanks and mages because riot nerfed all the normal supports to suck tier

0cs support meta is staying until further notice

you realize even if this happens, they are still playing support?

if they arent taking farm, and setting up kills for the ADC, they are support.
