Yep I have the same issue, and since I purchased a digital collectors pack, or some sort of character bundle, about a 1/4 of my champions are missing. Just be patient. A new patch isn't something you can expect to be perfect. It will all work out . Now just get some practice with other people.

Meh major patches always will have bugs, just wait a bit. Remember the whole FPS lag major bug splat bug because of a hot fix a while ago? Riot fixed it rather quickly

I would recommend sending in a ticket to our player support. They should be able to resolve this issue.

I'm so mad right now and I fuking HATE RIOT so much right now. This is not some BETA software. **** may happens but when users paid and turns out can't even get some1 to fkix your problem, it's the time to reconsider about the game
