He seems like an annoying character to play against, so there's gotta be a few downsides to him, but I'm looking forward to figuring him out.

His passive is 150%+ MP regen per kill. so if you have 8 MP regen you would get + 20 MP regen each kill.

I think a lot of the builds will be really well done if you get one high MP regen item early. But its to be seen. You want to build him somewhat tankish too, considering most of his skills require near melee range you will want to run some life / defense items to survive. RoA should be a prime early game item.

His passive has been changed to be 250% of his base mana regen over 5 seconds. This way you won't need mp/5 runes or masteries to take advantage of it.
