Guessing since map is much bigger now, and ganks are more frequent. His mana pool is a larger issue now, and his lack of sustain is now a real limitation. In the old map, Panth's mana and lack of sustain were ignorable due to his laning power. Longer lanes without much escape means he loses power.

Why is evelynn Tier God? Isn't she too squishy, even with the stealth?

evelynn is squishy, but she also has amazing poking power in laning phase and huge gank potential as well as strong burst all to make up for her being squishy, i dont personally play her, but ive seen a handful of eves since her rework, and about 90% of them wrecked the enemy team all game

Why isn't Amumu Tier 1 or God Tier? The only thing that keeps him from being OP on SR is that building AP tank he dies to 5 people. On TT with only 3 people attacking him he can pretty much 3v1 and come out alive.

So slow with no gap closer. It works if your laner has some cc so that darius can catch up though. But I'd probably rush phage first on him then.
