I am, you were using the work ethic variable to explain that experience somehow has no relevance, as if experience = low work ethic. All you proved with your previous statement is that work ethic affects productivity, and all you proved with this statement and the ones before this is that you pick out one part of an argument that isn't even a big part of it and then state that the rest of the argument is stupid because of it. You should try not being an ass and actually refuting, unless you already ran out of arguments.

Honestly, this. School and education are valuable, but a degree does not get you a job, it lets you start trying to get a job that requires a degree. There's no entitlement from having a degree that gets you a job.

Requirements aren't there to make people feel warm and fuzzy, they're there to make sure people have the appropriate skillset. Some jobs are fine with less experience (design can be one of these!), others are not.
