Sucks man that i format my computer and instaled my games except LoL i get this error ive downloaded the game like 10 times and installed repair deleted used the link and i cant make it run i get this message

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Whenever I try to download the NA link, the PvP.net launcher has a black screen.

Do you guys know where i can find the file:

I'm missing one file for the Zed Shadow skin which is the ZedShadow.manifest.compressed file.
