its been about 10 champions or more since they released an adc. I'm expecting one soon to start off the new year.

meanwhile the last tank released was Nautilus, 17 champions ago

Im hoping for a male champion, who isn't a monster or muscle raging hulk. Someone like Jarvan, or Varus.

An ADC or a tank would be nice, I need to learn how to play tanks!

For a long time, they've gone male / female in a pattern of champion releases, but then they released Nami and then Vi. Its got to be a guy next time!

Actually champions will be coming out once only every three-to-four weeks instead of bi-weekly, as has been the norm. Now we will see more item, balance fixes in the majority of patches rather than new champions left and right. This was in the last game-update info.

according to LoLwiki there's 1 of 3 possibilties for the next champion.

'Seth' a sand-themed champion with a drought-based kit.
An unnamed, unspecified (melee or ranged) Female Ad carry.
An "Elemental Hydra" champion, potentially named 'Tempus'.
