Just tested Rengar and ingame every monster, minion and wierd dog next to the shop are all in highspeed twitch mode... it's funny,then it gets irriating to look at.

Having this bug too soo decided to do a lil recording of it to show the devs what the hell we are talking about.
In the video notice that RIVEN is the only one NOT displaying it.
