I logged in earlier to test out my new Soraka build on a blind pick 5v5 on SR, then after everyone was locked in and the game launched, it crashed and said "Missing Language file."

I also attempted to reconnect. It was going well until I fully loaded, then crashed once more, with NO error report of any kind.

Try to repair your installation, it should restore any missing/damaged file. If that doesn't work try re-installing the game (just delete the pbe folder and re-download a fresh copy from here http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/PBE/LOLPBE.zip),
