Same Problem. Latest AMD Drivers. AMD Radeon HD 7750 on Windows 8 x64.

The Beta driver is NOT a valid solution.

Considering Steam's latest computer spec survey has the 7770 and 7850 accounting for a combined 1.23% of video cards used by steam users, you definitely aren't alone. And this is just for the two most popular 7000 series cards. All of the others have individual popularity less than .52% and so got lumped in the "other" category.

Lets just assume the total amount of LoL players using 7000 series cards is somewhere between 1.5-2% (I doubt that's an overestimate). I read an article from a few months ago that said over 12 million people play LoL daily. That could mean that anywhere from 180,000 to 240,000 players may be suffering from this graphical glitch every day.

I do not have any issues with my ATI 5870.

But for those who do & do not want to install BETA drivers, AMD has just released new WHQL drivers 13.1.

I have ATI 7950. Have the same problems. I just think it's got to do with ATI and it's upper 7000series/models...

Same card, 7900 family. Screen Tearing every 5s

Started after the patch obviously, wasn't happening to any of my friends except for one and he has a 7000 series card too. Tried out a few other games, and checked drivers. Everything working good but LOL. We getting this fixed soon right??
